  Connection method

  1 connection
  It is with an exclusive heating tool.   2. The electrofusion connection
  is to use the special electric pipe fittings tested by the built-in resistance to closely contact the connection part of the PE pipe or pipe fittings, and the PE pipe will heat the connection part through the built-in resistance to melt and connect it until the joint cools down. , The electrofusion connection can be used to connect with polyethylene pipes or catch pipe fittings of different types and different melt flow rates. The electrofusion connection is divided into electrofusion bucket connection and electrofusion saddle connection.
  3. Socket-type flexible
  The socket-type flexible connection of polyethylene pipes is a new type of connection developed by referring to the socket-type flexible connection principle of cast iron pipes and polyvinyl chloride pipes (PVC-U). The socket-type flexible connection is to insert one end of the polyethylene pipe directly into the special socket of the pipe or pipe fitting, and compress the locking ring in the socket to resist pulling out, and the rubber sealing ring to compress and seal, so as to achieve the purpose of connecting PE pipes and pipe fittings .
  4. Flange connection
  It is mainly used for the connection of type B orange pipes and metal pipes or doors, flow meters, pressure gauges and other ancillary equipment. Flange connections are mainly composed of polyethylene flange connectors, steel or aluminum flanges, steel or aluminum flanges, gaskets or seals, bolts, nuts, etc. The connection of the method is to achieve the purpose of connection by fastening the pendulum bolt and the front mother so that the method and the connecting piece are tightly connected with the method.
  5. Steel-plastic transition joint connection
  The steel-plastic transition joint connection is to use the steel transition joint prefabricated by cold pressing or other methods to connect the polyethylene explosion pipe and the subordinate pipe. The steel-plastic transition joint has a pull-out-resistant staggered tight ring and a sealing pattern, which are usually required to have good sealing performance, pull-out resistance, and pressure resistance to be greater than the polyethylene pipes in the system.
