Product Introduction
Nano-modified high-density polyethylene (MUHDPE) alloy pipe (abbreviation: MUHDPE alloy pipe) uses ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, ultra-high molecular weight copolymerization compatibilizer, nano-scale modified ultra-fine glass beads and modified anti-oxidation Additives, glass microspheres and HDPE materials have a chain reaction at high temperature. The material is modified by a reciprocating single-screw extruder, and the alloy pipe is extruded into an alloy pipe by a fully automatic ultra-high-speed alloy pipe production line.
The nano-modified high-density polyethylene alloy (MUHDPE) is used as the raw material to increase the ring stiffness of the product, and the ring stiffness can reach SN20. At present, the inner diameter of MUHDPE alloy pipe production in my country can reach 1500mm.
