Product description
Product structure: Modified and reinforced HMPVC double-wall corrugated pipe has a hollow ring structure, making full use of the principle of I-beam structure. The product has the advantages of high strength, strong rigidity, good toughness and light texture.
The product is used in excavation projects and can replace MPP single-wall corrugated pipes, PVC-C power pipes, glass steel pipes, PE direct-buried pipes, and MPP direct-buried pipes. Performance characteristics 1. Super strength: the ring stiffness can
reach
more than 40KN/m.
2. High toughness: the tensile strength can reach 40MPa.
3. Temperature resistance: Ordinary plastic pipes are brittle. The temperature range of modified HMPVC pipes can reach -20°C~70°C.
4. Impact resistance: impact resistance at room temperature is more than 5 times that of HPVC.
5. Flame retardancy: It goes out immediately after leaving the fire.
6. Corrosion resistance and aging resistance: the product has good acid and alkali resistance, ultraviolet resistance and weather resistance, and its service life can reach 50 years outdoors and 70 years deep buried.
7. Light weight: the density of the product is 1/5 of that of the steel pipe, and it is easy to install.
8. Cost-effectiveness: The price is more stable than polyolefin materials, and it is better than oxidized polyvinyl chloride pipes and glass pipes, and steel is more convenient than steel pipes.
