1. Excellent physical properties. High-density polyethylene has good rigidity and strength, as well as good flexibility and creep resistance.
2. Corrosion-resistant, with a service life of more than 50 years. In coastal areas of our country, the groundwater level is high and the soil humidity is high, while PE pipes can withstand the erosion of various chemical media without anti-corrosion treatment, and the service life is as long as 50 years. .
3. The quality of the fusion seam of the hot winding forming is high, the horizontal layer of the pipe and the reinforced structure layer are welded in the molten state, there is no internal stress, and the overall strength of the pipe is high.
4. Excellent ring flexibility: plastic pipes are flexible pipes, and the flexible pipes are deformed and expanded laterally before being damaged under pressure. The backfill soil around the pipes can prevent the deformation and expansion of the flexible pipes, and the external pressure load is transmitted and distributed to the surrounding backfill. Therefore, under the same external pressure load, the stress in the flexible pipe wall is small, and it bears the load together with the surrounding backfill soil, that is, "pipe-soil joint action". Therefore, plastic buried drainage pipes do not need the same strength and rigidity as rigid concrete pipes

Good sealing: PE pipe itself adopts welding connection (hot melt or electric fusion), which essentially guarantees the unity of the interface material, structure and the pipe body itself, and realizes the integration of the joint and the pipe. The tensile strength and burst strength of the interface are higher than that of the pipe body, which can effectively resist the hoop stress and axial stress generated by the internal pressure. Therefore, compared with rubber ring joints or other mechanical joints, there is no risk of leakage caused by twisting, and the sealing performance is good.
6. Good impact resistance at low temperature: The low temperature embrittlement temperature of PE pipe is extremely low, and it can be used safely in the temperature range of -10 degrees Celsius.
